I have designed various types of websites and applications. They all had divergent goals – some tried selling to people, some aimed at educating people and others focused on helping people do stuff. Every challenge is different. Sometimes design is giving people what they want, sometimes it is about showing what they want. Sometimes design is a reduction of information, sometimes it is a reinvention of it. But most of the time it is about empathy for the users.

My work, independent and while employed, have been awarded and recognized by Communication Arts, AIGA Regional, Graphis Interactive Design, Art Director, IDG Web Architecture, Print Magazine, Show Interactive: Gold, Webby Award and American Center for Design.
